99exch Privacy Policy — Chat Details, Payment References and Deletion
Two different things collect information around a 99exch ID: this website, which sees very little, and the desk that issues the ID, which needs enough to pay you. This page separates them.
Traces Left by Reading This 99exch Page
No account is created here and no form is submitted here. Reading a page on this site leaves the ordinary traces any web server records: an IP address, a browser type, the page requested and the time. Aggregate visit statistics are used to see which 99exch pages get read. There is no advertising pixel and no attempt to identify a reader personally.
What the 99exch Desk Keeps About You
| Detail | Why it exists | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Name and mobile number | To open and identify the 99exch ID | While the account is open |
| Chat history | Deposits, payout requests and password resets in one thread | While the account is open |
| UPI and payment references | To match a deposit and send a payout to the right account | As long as payment records must be kept |
| Account activity | Balance, settled bets and the 99exch statement | While the account is open |
What is never asked for: Aadhaar, PAN, a passport, a selfie, a UPI PIN, a bank password or an OTP. Anyone requesting those in the name of 99exch is not the desk, and no genuine ID has ever needed them.
Where a 99exch Payment Detail Travels
Payment details reach the bank or UPI provider handling the transfer, because that is how money moves. Nothing about a 99exch ID is sold, rented or handed to advertisers, and the desk has no reason to share a chat with anyone outside the platform except where the law requires it.
Deleting What Is Held
Ask the 99exch desk to close the ID and remove what it holds. Withdraw any balance first, since a closed account cannot pay out. Payment references attached to completed transfers stay for as long as payment records have to be kept; everything else goes with the account. Keep the closing message for your own record.
Cookies and This Site
This site uses no login cookie, because nothing here logs in. A browser may store a preference or a cache entry, and the embedded live-score widget and any Google service on the page follow their own policies, linked from the pages that use them.
