• Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the platform's results engine — no manual reversals
• Void bets (rain-abandoned matches, technical settlement errors, dead-heat scenarios) are refunded according to platform-specific rules
• Maximum bet size per market is set by the platform and is visible in your trading interface; exceeding it is technically impossible
• Suspicious betting patterns (coordinated bets, abnormal stake patterns, or activity matching insider-information signals) may trigger an account review and temporary holds pending investigation
• Match-fixing, attempted manipulation, use of insider information, or any other dishonest practice is treated as a criminal offence and is reported to law-enforcement authorities

8. Dispute Resolution Process

• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, it is subject to binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution through Steps 1 and 2 before initiating any legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

My99Exch acts as a verified provider of 99Exch betting IDs. We do not own, operate, or control the underlying 99Exch trading platform. We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from your personal betting decisions or trading strategy
• Market volatility, sudden odds movements, or unexpected match outcomes
• Technical issues, downtime, or settlement errors on the underlying 99Exch platform
• Network outages, banking-system delays, or third-party payment-gateway failures
• Force majeure events including (but not limited to) natural disasters, government action, pandemics, civil unrest, or cyber-attacks beyond our reasonable control

Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you have deposited with us during that period, capped at ₹1,00,000 (₹1 lakh).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry best practices.
