These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of My99Exch services, including the website 99exchanges.com and our WhatsApp-based 99Exch cricket ID provider service. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• You must be a resident of an Indian state where online cricket betting is permitted
• You must be mentally competent and acting voluntarily, not under coercion
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by any gaming operator
• You must use your real name and a working personal mobile number

2. Account Registration

To get a 99Exch ID through us, you provide your name and mobile number via WhatsApp. We verify your basic details and create the account on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential. Sharing your credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ₹100 via UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or net banking
• Deposits are processed within 30 seconds of payment confirmation
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours and may take up to 24 hours for large amounts requiring verification
• All transactions must be from a bank account or UPI ID in your own name. Third-party payments will be reversed.
• We do NOT accept cash, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment methods

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• 5% welcome bonus credited automatically on your first deposit
• 2% refill bonus credited on every subsequent top-up
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — read individual promotion terms
• Abuse of bonus systems (creating multiple accounts, bonus chasing) results in forfeiture
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice

5. Betting Rules

• All bets are settled per the official rules of the underlying 99Exch platform
• Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the platform's results engine
• Void bets (rain abandonment, technical issues) are refunded according to platform policy
• Suspicious betting patterns may trigger account review and temporary holds
• You must not attempt match-fixing, insider information abuse, or any other dishonest practices

6. Responsible Gaming

We promote responsible gaming. You must:

• Set a personal budget and stick to it
• Never bet money you cannot afford to lose
• Take regular breaks and never bet under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Contact our support team if you feel your betting is becoming a problem
• Use available self-exclusion tools if needed (see our Responsible Gaming page)

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts under different identities
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets
• Sharing accounts or selling accounts to third parties
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to manipulate match outcomes or odds
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or threatening content in our channels

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, contact our support team on WhatsApp first. We aim to resolve issues within 24 hours. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our compliance head at compliance@99exchanges.com. As a final step, disputes are subject to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India under Indian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

My99Exch acts as a verified provider of 99Exch betting IDs. We are not liable for losses arising from your personal betting decisions, market volatility, technical issues on the underlying 99Exch platform, network outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you have deposited with us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via WhatsApp and email at least 7 days in advance. Your continued use of our services after such notice means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
