Who May Hold a 99exch ID

You must be 18 or over, opening the 99exch account in your own name, with a mobile number and a UPI app that belong to you. One person holds one ID. Accounts opened on behalf of somebody else, or funded from a third party, run into payout checks that the desk cannot waive.
